We offer small classes, one-on-one support and free children’s programming (infants - 5th grade) while a parent attends class. Beyond safe supervision, children’s programming includes craft/playtime and Bible stories.

is an High School Equivalency Graduate and received his Diploma in 2025 after completing Begin Anew’s program.
David has overcome many obstacles, including his dyslexia that made the reading portion of the exam particularly difficult. David didn’t let that define him, but persevered and overcame the challenges laid before him.

is an English Language Learning student.
She works in housekeeping at a hotel where she serves as a translator for guests who don’t speak English. If you get the chance to meet Josefina you will see her outgoing and wonderful personality!
She is excited about learning English and the opportunities it will open for her to communicate more clearly and engage with her community, family, and at work!

is a nine-time Emmy Award and multiple Associated Press Award-winning journalist who’s ready to wake you up in the mornings! She co-anchors WSMV4 News Today and also anchors WSMV4 at Midday/11:00. Holly will celebrate her 29th anniversary with WSMV4 in June. She's the recipient of the "Woman of the Decade" Impacting the Community Award from the Hendersonville Chamber. She graduated with Distinction of University Honors from Middle Tennessee State University.
Holly is the spokesperson for the Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition, and she has served as a "Big Sister" in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program and as a board member of the American Heart Association. She has served consecutive terms on the Heart Gala Board and on the Honors Executive Committee for MTSU's Honors Program. Holly is a motivational speaker for various Christian events. She and her husband teach Sunday School/Life Group at Long Hollow Baptist Church. They live in Hendersonville and have two sons--"the most incredible blessings" in her life.

is a worship leader and songwriter from Social Circle, GA. She relocated to Nashville in 2019 and currently resides in Franklin, TN. Victoria has a bachelor’s degree in Worship and Music Ministry and has served on church staffs, with local ministries, and international missions.
She enjoys building collaborative teams and empowers the next generation of worshipers. Since moving to the Nashville area, Victoria has worked on the Communications team at Brentwood Baptist Church and led worship for local churches and ministries, while writing and recording original music. Her songs are expressions of genuine worship and adoration of Jesus, filled with His hope, freedom, peace, and new life.
Victoria encourages others to consistently seek the Lord in surrendered worship and obedience. She also enjoys good movies, sports, coffee, beach trips, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Join us this spring as we imagine what might be possible for our neighbors in the Middle Tennessee Area. We are honored to have Holly Thompson back to emcee our Spring Fundraiser 2026. The night will be hosted at Brentwood Baptist Church where we will hear empowering stories from students, graduates, and volunteers. We will also enjoy a wonderful performance by Victoria Garrett!
